Also re-opening in the spring is the Coca-Cola Refreshment Corner

Picking up the slack for those closed establishments is the wonderful new Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe

We've covered this great new restaurant before, but here are a few more photos to wet your appetite

At this point, the refurbishment of the Adventureland sign was still going on

Now let's take a look at the Scafflehorn from a few different locations throughout the park

From January 20th-29th, Disneyland celebrated the Lunar New Year in Small World Mall

The whole area took on an oriental feel

Even the ODV stands and carts were decorated for the celebration

Golden Chinese dragons welcome you to the celebration

Asian-style Mickey Mouse heads hung around the area

Lanterns and even a giant dragon puppet hung from the trees

I was thinking the last few times I was there that I wished that there were more restaurants with better food in it, so I can't wait to check out the new places to eat!
